Marketing Specialist/Strategist - Japanese Bilingual

Location: West Hollywood, California (On-site) We are looking for a Marketing Specialist or Strategist to support business expansion in the U.S. market within the luxury resale / retail industry. We are open to candidates with strengths in either digital marketing strategy or graphic design, and are considering both strategic and hands-on profiles! 【Key Responsibilities(depending on experience)】 Manage and optimize advertising budgets across platforms such as Google and Meta Track, analyze, and report campaign performance Develop marketing strategies for customer acquisition and brand growth Create visual assets and marketing materials (for design-focused candidates) Perform other duties as assigned. 【Training Program (Overseas Training Opportunity)】 Upon joining, employees will participate in a 3-month overseas training program (approximately from July to September 2026) in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, or Malaysia) Monthly salary will be provided during the training period Full housing support will be covered by the company Visa support will be provided for the duration of the training 【Training Details】 Develop knowledge of luxury brands and resale market Gain hands-on experience in both office and retail store environments Learn product evaluation techniques, including identifying materials, craftsmanship, and authenticity (e.g., tools used, leather characteristics, and distinguishing counterfeit items) 【Qualifications】 Minimum 2–3 years of experience in: Digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), or Graphic design / creative production Strong analytical skills (for strategy roles) or strong design portfolio (for creative roles) Experience in retail, e-commerce, or resale industry is a plus Business-level in both English and Japanese 【Compensation & Career Growth】 Salary: DOE $60,000~80,000/year (Final salary will be determined based on experience and skills) Comprehensive benefits package 【Working Hours】 Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 【Visa Support】 No
