With Relocation Support - German Speaking Junior Customer Support

Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to German-speaking customers. Assist with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and other airline-related inquiries. Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing effective solutions. Ensure accurate entry and management of customer data. Work closely with internal teams to resolve more complex issues. Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and current promotions. Requirements: Fluent in German (both written and spoken). Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and show initiative. Strong computer skills, with an ECDL certificate preferred. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or travel industry.
