Sales Development Representative Munich, Germany (Hybrid) Full-time Languages: German C2, English B2 Entry-level candidates welcome Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. This role is heavily focused on outbound sales , especially cold calling , and is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in sales while working with mid-market and enterprise clients. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified meetings and drive pipeline growth . What You'll Do Proactively identify and approach potential customers within the construction ecosystem Execute high-volume outbound outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) Generate and qualify new business opportunities Book qualified meetings for the sales team Communicate the value of data-driven, AI-based sales solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects Navigate complex organizational structures (mid-market & enterprise) Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets What We're Looking For Must-have: German (C2) and English (B2+) Strong communication and interpersonal skills High motivation and resilience Profile: Entry-level or recent graduate Previous experience via internship or working student role in sales/commercial environment is a plus Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach Goal-oriented and motivated by performance and commission Personality: High energy, proactive, and persistent Resilient against rejection Strong growth mindset Self-driven with a hands-on attitude What You'll Get OTE up to €60,000 (incl. up to €15,000 variable) Clear performance-driven career path in sales Direct exposure to leadership (Team Lead & CRO) Hybrid model (up to 2 days home office) Fast learning curve in a scaling SaaS environment High ownership and impact from day one Wellpass & corporate benefits Dog-friendly office Team Small, focused SDR team (~4 people) Collaborative and high-performance environment Hiring Process HR interview Meeting with Team Lead (SDR) On-site interview with Team Lead & CRO Team coffee chat Final on-site interview with founder
