AI-driven product with real business impact Investment-backed and scaling rapidly Small, high-impact team environment Role Overview As a Customer Success Manager , you will ensure customers successfully adopt and use the platform, helping them improve their sales processes and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor, consultant, and coach throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage customer onboarding and ensure smooth implementation Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Drive product adoption, retention, upsell, and revenue growth Analyze customer needs and provide strategic guidance Deliver training sessions (e.g. social selling, outreach, sales processes) Conduct pipeline reviews and performance analysis Collaborate with product and internal teams to improve customer experience Contribute to optimizing Customer Success processes Conduct on-site workshops and customer visits when needed Success Metrics (KPIs) Customer retention rate Upsell & cross-sell revenue Successful and timely onboarding Your Profile 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B technology or software company Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1) Strong communication and presentation skills Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proactive, accountable, and highly communicative Location & Working Model Munich, Germany Hybrid (2–3 days home office per week) ~20% travel required Compensation & Contract ~€50,000 gross annual base salary 30% variable bonus (70/30 split) Full-time, permanent contract 6-month probation period Unlimited vacation policy Benefits & Perks International team (11+ countries) Flexible hybrid working model Unlimited vacation Learning & development budget Fitness & wellbeing support Team events and off-sites Referral bonus program Family & pet-friendly environment Buddy program for onboarding Why Apply?
