Requirements Active Illinois Occupational Therapist License BLS Certification (AHA) preferred Experience in rehabilitation therapy setting preferred Ability to adapt to multiple work locations Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends Work Location Details Therapist will float between multiple nearby locations , including: Rehabilitation facilities Hospital-based therapy departments Additional affiliated therapy locations Flexibility and adaptability to multiple settings is required.
