Remote German Speaking Junior Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.). Provide accurate information about travel options, policies, and destinations. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally. Handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat as required. Stay updated on industry trends and company services to ensure top-notch assistance. Requirements Native or fluent German speaker (C2 level) . Proficiency in English for internal communication. At least 6 months of experience in customer service . Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus but not mandatory.
