Position: Bilingual Italian STEM Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $38–$43/hour Location: Remote Duration: 3–6 months Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design and optimize STEM-based prompts in Italian and/or English with scientifically accurate instructions. Define and document evaluation standards for STEM contexts with comprehensive rubrics. Conduct model testing and grading to assess outputs for scientific accuracy and reasoning quality. Support benchmarking and quality assurance to ensure consistency in Italian-language benchmarks. Collaborate in QA review processes to maintain scientific standards and reliability. Qualifications Must-Have Native-level fluency in Italian (written), specifically native to Italy or Italian-speaking Switzerland. Strong reading and writing proficiency in English. BS or BA in Biology , Physics , or Chemistry . Familiarity with undergraduate-level biology, physics, or chemistry topics. Strong writing and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred 2+ years of experience in teaching, research, or an applied STEM discipline .
