Position: Film and Video Editor Type: Contract Compensation: $60–$100/hour Location: Remote Duration: Short term sprint Commitment: High numbers of hours available Role Responsibilities Design questions related to the Film and Video Editor occupation using professional experience. Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs . Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance . Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure consistency and relevance across datasets. Provide structured feedback to improve training data quality and downstream performance. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years full-time work experience as a Film and Video Editor. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada . Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks). Compensation & Legal We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role . Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project work hours. Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor. Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates .
