Position: Licensed Physician Consultant Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Evaluate the accuracy and alignment of clinical AI systems with Rwanda Standard Treatment Guidelines . Develop and validate AI models to improve primary-care outcomes in Rwanda . Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model performance and adherence to WHO IMCI protocols . Provide insights on managing high-burden conditions like malaria, pneumonia, and maternal health. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI system effectiveness. Qualifications Must-Have Licensed physician (MBBS/MD or equivalent). 3+ years practicing in Rwanda or comparable LMIC primary-care settings. Direct experience at health-post and/or district hospital level. Strong working knowledge of Rwanda Standard Treatment Guidelines and WHO IMCI protocols . Experience managing high-burden primary-care conditions. Preferred Prior experience reviewing clinical documentation, guidelines, or case audits.
