Location: Athens, Greece Start Date: ASAP - URGENT Work Model: On-site Role Overview We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Account Managers to join a dynamic inbound sales team. In this role, you will handle incoming client interactions, support customers, and identify sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience. Requirements Fluent Spanish + good English Minimum 1 year of sales experience (specifically involving calling clients) Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused and results-driven mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment EU nationality Working Hours Monday to Friday No weekend shifts 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) Salary & Benefits Base Salary: competitive Performance Bonus: Uncapped, paid quarterly 14 Salaries: (12 monthly + 1 Easter + 1 split between summer & Christmas) Meal Voucher: €50/month Additional Benefits: Private health & life insurance 25 days annual leave Permanent contract Important Notes This is an inbound sales role , not pure customer support Candidates must have relevant sales experience (calling clients) Relocation support is limited and assessed case by case
