Position: Bilingual Traditional Chinese STEM Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $38–$43/hour Duration: 3–6 months Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Design and optimize STEM-based prompts in Traditional Chinese and/or English with multiple constraints and scientifically accurate instructions. Define and document evaluation standards with comprehensive rubrics that ensure scientific rigor and linguistic clarity. Conduct model testing and grading by running prompts through AI models and assessing outputs for scientific accuracy and reasoning quality. Support benchmarking and quality assurance by collaborating in QA review processes to maintain consistency and reliability across Traditional Chinese-language benchmarks. Ensure scientific precision and maintain clear, natural phrasing consistent with academic conventions in Hong Kong or Taiwan . Qualifications Must-Have Native-level fluency in Traditional Chinese (written), specifically native to Hong Kong or Taiwan . Strong reading and writing proficiency in English . BS or BA in Biology , Physics , or Chemistry . Familiarity with undergraduate-level biology , physics , or chemistry topics. Strong writing and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred 2+ years of experience in teaching, research, or an applied STEM discipline. Experience working with academic terminology specific to Hong Kong or Taiwan educational standards.
