This role plays a key part in supporting attorneys and senior paralegals with case preparation, documentation, and client communication. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys with immigration cases, including the preparation of petitions, applications, and supporting documents Conduct legal research to assist with case strategies and decision-making Organize and maintain case files using platforms such as Docketwise, Dropbox, and other document management systems Communicate directly with clients in both English and Spanish to gather information and provide updates Review legal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations Draft legal documents such as affidavits, correspondence, and case-related materials Track deadlines, manage case progress, and support overall workflow coordination Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal (preferred) Previous experience as a paralegal, preferably in immigration law or a related field Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required Strong understanding of legal research tools and processes Experience with document management, data entry, and legal file organization High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette Proficiency in legal drafting, proofreading, and document review Familiarity with case management systems and legal software platforms
