No flight ticket. Relocation inside Portugal not available. About the Role Join the Polish-speaking content moderation team for one of the world's largest e-commerce and digital platforms. You will review user-generated content and marketplace listings against platform community guidelines and e-commerce standards. This role requires emotional resilience — exposure to sensitive content is part of the daily workflow. Wellbeing support is provided. 6 openings with a 30 April start. What You Will Do Review Polish-language user-generated content and marketplace listings against platform guidelines Make consistent, policy-based decisions on content approval, restriction, or removal Identify and escalate high-severity content following defined protocols Maintain accuracy and decision consistency under time pressure Manage increased queue volumes during peak and promotional seasons Participate in calibration sessions to ensure policy alignment What We Are Looking For • Polish • Good English skills Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplace dynamics Emotional resilience — ability to process sensitive content professionally Strong decision-making and written communication skills Comfortable with 24/7 rotative shifts including nights EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or valid/expired Work Visa Type D with AIMA appointment + NIF NISS preferred (support available if not yet obtained) What's In It for You • Base × 14 months | €45 complexity bonus × 11 months • Meal allowance 7.63€/day Welcome bonus paid monthly across first 12 months Health insurance from day 1 (free after 6 months) Shared accommodation for relocators (up to 12 months) • Permanent contract after 3 months • Psychological wellbeing support provided
