No flight ticket. Relocation inside Portugal not available. About the Role Join the Czech-speaking content moderation team for one of the world's largest e-commerce and digital platforms in Lisbon. You will review user-generated content and marketplace listings against platform guidelines. This role requires emotional resilience — exposure to sensitive content is part of the daily workflow. 4 openings with a 30 April start. What You Will Do Review Czech-language user-generated content and marketplace listings against platform guidelines Make consistent, policy-based decisions on content approval, restriction, or removal Identify and escalate high-severity content following defined protocols Maintain accuracy and decision consistency under time pressure Manage increased queue volumes during peak and promotional seasons • Participate in calibration sessions What We Are Looking For • Czech • Good English skills Strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketplace dynamics Emotional resilience — ability to process sensitive content professionally Strong decision-making and written communication skills Comfortable with 24/7 rotative shifts including nights EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or valid/expired Work Visa Type D with AIMA appointment + NIF NISS preferred (support available if not yet obtained) What's In It for You • Base × 14 months | €45 complexity bonus × 11 months • Meal allowance 7.63€/day Welcome bonus paid monthly across first 12 months Health insurance from day 1 (free after 6 months) Shared accommodation for relocators (up to 12 months) • Permanent contract after 3 months • Psychological wellbeing support provided
