Job Title: Business Development Sr. Manager Function: Commercial Reports to: CCO Role Purpose: The Business Development Senior Manager is responsible for monitoring overall business performance, develop reports and dashboards for commercial performance and new market expansion initiatives. The role focuses on building high-impact partnerships, unlocking new revenue streams, securing large accounts, and improving commercial performance across B2B, B2G, and enterprise segments. This position plays a key role in scaling BluEV's fleet electrification strategy. Direct Reports: Partner Acquisition Specialist Accounts Specialist Description of the accountability: Identify new revenue streams. Identify and secure high-value partnerships. Lead cross-functional execution of partnerships. Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services. Conduct feasibility studies for expansion projects. Analyze competitive landscape and pricing models. Analyze conversion funnels for enterprise deals. Identify bottlenecks in closing and onboarding. Improve proposal structures and pricing strategies. Develop standardized BD playbooks and pitch decks. Develop reporting system, Dashboards and partners performance management technics. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
