We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Specialist to join our engineering and research team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in signal processing algorithms, mathematical modeling, and software development to support the design and optimization of advanced signal processing systems. The Digital Signal Processing Specialist will work closely with engineers, researchers, and product teams to develop innovative solutions involving signal analysis, filtering, data transformation, and algorithm optimization. This role requires a strong background in applied mathematics, programming, and real-time signal processing applications. Important Eligibility Requirement: This position is open exclusively to residents of the United States . Applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the country. Applications submitted from outside the United States will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement digital signal processing algorithms for complex data analysis and system optimization. Perform signal analysis, filtering, spectral analysis, and noise reduction techniques. Develop and test real-time signal processing systems . Create mathematical models and simulations for signal processing applications. Implement DSP algorithms using programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C/C++ . Optimize algorithms for performance, accuracy, and efficiency . Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate signal processing components into larger systems. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and improve system performance. Document technical designs, algorithms, and development processes. Stay current with advancements in signal processing theory, machine learning integration, and digital communications technologies . Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field . 3–6+ years of experience in digital signal processing or related engineering roles. Strong understanding of DSP concepts such as Fourier transforms, filtering, sampling theory, and spectral analysis . Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or C/C++ for signal processing development. Experience implementing and optimizing DSP algorithms . Strong mathematical and analytical problem-solving skills. Experience working with data analysis and algorithm optimization . Ability to work independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or a related field . Experience with machine learning applied to signal processing . Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time processing environments . Experience with FPGA, GPU acceleration, or high-performance computing . Knowledge of audio processing, communications systems, radar, imaging, or sensor data processing . Compensation Annual Salary: $115,000 – $165,000 per year Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and specialized technical expertise.
