FX Sales Executive (Brazilian Portuguese)

Position: FX Sales Executive Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonus About the role. We are partnering with a fast-growing FX brokerage based in Lisbon, focused on the Brazilian market. This is a conversion-focused sales role working with warm leads, offering strong earning potential and clear career progression within a high-performance environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact and convert warm leads into funded trading accounts Build strong relationships with Brazilian clients and support them through the onboarding process Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market opportunities Drive client deposits and increase trading activity Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximise client lifetime value. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English (minimum B2) Previous experience in sales, telesales, or conversion roles (FX, crypto, or iGaming is advantageous) Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Target-driven mindset with a focus on performance and earnings Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
