With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Application Functional Support This is your mission Are you passionate about Application Support in financial markets and ALMT operations? Then this position is for you. As an Application Functional Support, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and functional support of critical applications within our ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) ecosystem. Build side: Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve application functionality and user experience Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools Participate in the documentation of functional and technical processes Create and maintain clear user guides and operational procedures Support enhancements related to investment deal monitoring (Forex, Equity, Money Market, Derivatives) Run side: Provide frontline technical and functional support for production applications Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents impacting ALMT operations Support end-users on the trading floor with booking and operational issues Monitor investment deals involving passive assets, bonds, and Forex Ensure incident communication, follow-up, and resolution in line with SLAs Maintain up-to-date support documentation This is your background You have experience in demanding application support or financial IT environments. You enjoy working close to the business, solving complex production issues, and continuously improving systems. You have developed solid expertise in production support for financial applications , with increasing responsibility in incident management, user support, and functional understanding of financial markets.
