Environment, Health and Safety Specialist

We are supported by 4,000 employees across 6 countries, operating in 13 production units and 3 engineering centers, serving more than 100 customers. At Draxton Brno , we are looking to incorporate a professional to take on the role of Environment, Health and Safety Specialist . In this position, your mission will be to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace by driving OHS standards, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting sustainable operations across the plant. 🎯 Main Responsibilities : Coordination of activities related to Environment, Health and Safety Specialist (EHS) and Fire Protection Investigation and reporting of workplace accidents Communication with the Labour Inspectorate, authorities, and public administration bodies Participation in internal and external audits Management and updating of operational documentation, including responsibility for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Risk assessment in EHS and proposal and implementation of preventive measures Delivery of training sessions for employees 💡 To succeed in this role, you will need : 3–5 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing company Knowledge of ISO 45001; ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification is an advantage Experience with mandatory EHS legislative reporting (accident reporting, Czech Statistical Office) Good knowledge of current EHS legislation Fluent in Czech Intermediate level of English Proactive attitude and strong communication skills 🕵🏼 What we offer : A stable position in a company with more than 80 years of market presence An attractive foundry environment 5 weeks of vacation Flexible working hours Workplace close to the city center (Komárov stop) Access to SKILZ e-learning Meal allowance Company events and gift packages 🧡 Why join Draxton?
