A global consumer AR hardware company founded in 2017, with over $190 million raised and two flagship AR glasses products already on the market. Series C funded. Offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and internationally. The next chapter is Europe. This role leads that chapter. What You Will Own You will define and execute the European market strategy — revenue targets, market share goals, go-to-market approach — and then deliver it. That means leading brand communications, new product launches, KOL partnerships, and localized marketing across EU countries. It also means building the European team from the ground up: sales, marketing, and operations. This is not a coordination role. You will make real decisions with real consequences and report results directly to HQ leadership. What the Role Requires 8+ years in consumer electronics or smart hardware, with international market scope 5+ years as a regional director responsible for the European market At least one demonstrable 0-to-1 European market build — you took a product from no presence to traction Experience in wearables, AR, or smart hardware is a strong advantage Background at a Chinese consumer tech company (DJI, Anker, Insta360, or comparable) is strongly preferred Degree from a 985/211 or QS200 institution, or an equivalent top international university Who Will Thrive Here You understand how European consumers discover, evaluate, and buy hardware. You know which KOL relationships move product and which are noise. You can run a strategic planning session with HQ in the morning and make a hiring decision in the afternoon. You are comfortable with ambiguity because you have built markets before and know that ambiguity is just the early stage of structure. An interest in AR and spatial computing is not optional — you will be selling the category, not just the product.
