With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Application Support This is your mission Are you passionate about application support at the crossroads of business and technology? Then this position is for you. As an Application Support, you will be responsible for functional and technical support within the ALMT (Asset Liability Management & Treasury) ecosystem, ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of production applications related to Risk Management and reporting. Build side: Develop a strong understanding of ALMT business processes and related applications Design functional workarounds to minimize business impact during incidents Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and practices Build strong relationships with Front Office and Middle Office users Continuously enhance business and functional knowledge to maintain high service levels Run side: Provide day-to-day functional support to FO and MO users Perform first-level incident investigation and troubleshooting Act as single point of contact for user-related topics Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for transversal issues Analyze business issues and assess their operational impact Ensure rigorous follow-up of incidents, problems, and user requests This is your background You have at least 3 years of experience in demanding production or application support environments. You enjoy working close to business users, solving complex issues, and continuously improving service quality. You have built experience in application support, production support, or functional analysis, ideally within finance-related environments. You are motivated to deepen your expertise in ALMT, Risk Management, and Treasury systems while growing in a collaborative and Agile-oriented context.
