Role Overview This role combines legal, regulatory, and compliance responsibilities. You will support business operations through contract management, licensing processes, AML/KYC compliance, and interaction with regulators and partners across different markets. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and internal legal documents Manage gaming licence applications, renewals, and ongoing compliance Support AML/KYC processes, including risk assessments and compliance checks Conduct legal and regulatory research across multiple jurisdictions Communicate with regulators, external law firms, banks, and service providers Support internal teams with legal and compliance-related matters Develop and update internal policies and ensure proper documentation processes Requirements Master’s degree in Law 5+ years of legal experience 2+ years in gambling / iGaming (mandatory) Hands-on experience with gaming licences and AML/KYC processes Strong experience in drafting contracts and legal documentation in English Key Soft Skills Strong communication skills and ability to work with international clients Analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills What We Offer Remote work in an international environment Opportunity to work with regulated markets and complex legal cases Professional growth in fintech and iGaming industries Supportive and collaborative team Competitive compensation package Hiring process HR screening Interview with Hiring Manager (Head of Legal) Test Task Final interview with stakeholders
