About the Role We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer who enjoys working with Python development, Linux system configuration, and real engineering test environments . In this role, you will contribute to building and maintaining deployment and runtime management platforms that enable software teams to run, test, and verify code on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) rigs and vehicle platforms . You will join a highly skilled engineering team focused on creating scalable, high-availability testing frameworks that accelerate software development cycles and improve vehicle software quality. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain test framework functionality used across HIL rigs and vehicle test platforms Work with Python development, Linux system configuration, networking, and C++ components Enhance tools for debugging, monitoring, and visualization of complex test environments Support CI/CD-driven verification workflows to improve feedback loops and software quality Collaborate in agile engineering teams with strong technical ownership and autonomy Contribute to building reliable and scalable validation environments for automotive software Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in Python software development Solid background in software engineering principles , including system design, architecture, and testing Experience working in and configuring Linux environments Experience developing testable software solutions and working in large-scale CI/CD environments Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems or hardware-integrated testing platforms Knowledge of C++ development Experience using Bazel build system Background in automotive embedded software validation Why Join This Role?
