Position: Customer Service Representative / Sales Representative Location: Fully remote in either Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czechia, Kosovo, Serbia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. About the role. We are hiring Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative / Sales Representative to join a forward-thinking company that’s redefining the future of work. You’ll support customers using web hosting and cloud services, assisting with their accounts while identifying opportunities to retain and grow business. This is a hybrid role combining customer support with a soft sales focus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound customer queries via email, chat, and phone Provide support with hosting services, domains, websites, and email setup Assist with billing inquiries and account-related issues Troubleshoot basic technical and account problems Maintain accurate records in internal systems Resolve complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and add-on services Deliver an excellent customer experience with a commercial mindset. . REQUIREMENTS: Dutch proficiency at C1/C2 level and English at B2 or higher Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-first approach with a proactive attitude Comfortable using systems and handling basic technical topics Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is a plus. .
