Danish Team Leader – Travel Care

A newly established service area for Viking is travel assistance services. From our offices in Spain, we assist customers with travel insurance who experience an incident, illness, or injury while traveling abroad. The service is provided in all the Nordic languages. We are now looking for a Danish speaking Team Leader with experience in travel insurance assistance to be responsible for our teams in Fuengirola and Torrevieja. We offer A competitive salary. Social activities with colleagues. Newly renovated offices centrally located in Fuengirola and Torrevieja. Responsibilities Personnel responsibility for the Danish speaking team members. Coaching and competence development of team members. Fulfillment of the required service levels, including key performance indicators and service level agreements. Administrative tasks such as time sheets, salary files, absence routines, and updating and maintaining shift plans. Covering and performing the tasks of other Team Leaders in rotation in case of absence. Working closely with other departments within Viking Assistance Group to ensure implementation of agreements and projects, and to plan and execute proper training. Qualifications Experience from a call center, alarm center, or customer service environment. Experience from the travel industry, insurance, or health sector is also relevant. Previous experience as a Team Leader, or strong motivation to step up into the role. Fluent in Danish and English. Additional languages are considered an advantage. Experienced user of information technology systems and quick to learn new ones. We look forward to hearing from you!
