Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – B2C (Automotive – EV) Location: Aartselaar (Antwerp), Belgium Company: EV Dealership Company Employment Type: Full-time 🚗 About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager to lead this flagship location. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a high-performing sales operation from the ground up while shaping the future of EV retail in Belgium. 🎯 Your Role As Senior Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of B2C showroom performance, leading the sales team and driving revenue growth while delivering a premium, customer-centric experience aligned with global EV standards. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Performance Lead all daily B2C sales operations at the Aartselaar showroom Define and execute local sales strategies to meet ambitious growth targets Drive KPIs such as lead conversion, test drives, order intake, and deliveries Monitor performance and report insights to senior leadership Team Building & Development Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team Create a strong, results-driven and customer-focused culture Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans Customer Experience Deliver a seamless, premium customer journey from first contact to delivery Ensure strict adherence to brand and retail standards Oversee CRM usage, lead management, and follow-up processes Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, aftersales, and operations teams Support product launches and local campaigns Ensure smooth order-to-delivery coordination Market Growth Identify opportunities to expand market share in Belgium Track EV trends and competitor activity Build relationships within the local automotive ecosystem ✅ Your Profile 5+ years of experience in automotive B2C sales 2–3+ years in a senior leadership or showroom management role Experience with EV or premium automotive brands is a strong advantage Strong understanding of sales KPIs and CRM systems Proven leadership and coaching skills Commercially driven with strong analytical capabilities Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus) Valid driving licence 🎁 What’s in It for You Join a fast-growing, future-focused EV brand Competitive salary with performance-based bonus Company car and attractive benefits package Opportunity to shape the EV retail landscape in Belgium Dynamic, international, and innovative environment
