Property Management Associate

Our client, a worldwide leader in residency and citizenship solutions, is currently looking for a Property Management Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Real Estate Team Manager, contributing to the frontline team by providing an exceptional client experience while focusing on property management services connected to property sales and leasing. This is a reduced-hours (35 hours) office-based role offering a salary of up to €25K , plus bonus and benefits. Role & Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for clients Stay up to date with knowledge of the Maltese property market Obtain timelines and requirements from visiting clients, and coordinate with local service providers for property management Arrange property inspections and inventories to ensure all properties meet client standards, and support clients with arrivals and any property issues during their stay Manage maintenance with landlords or contractors according to property agreements, and source services and properties to match client requirements Understand property management requirements and tailor solutions that offer great value, while communicating with key stakeholders by phone, email, and mail to ensure quality service Provide a reliable and flexible service Manage lease terminations, utility reconciliations, and internet installations from start to finish Keep client files up to date and issue invoices for renewed agreements accurately and in a timely manner Education, Skills & Experience Minimum of A-level education Fluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken 1–2 years of experience in property management or a similar role Client relationship or client-facing experience in customer service Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Comfortable working independently and within a team Proficiency with MS 365 applications Valid driving license and knowledge of Maltese roads and towns is a must Basic knowledge of local property structures such as water and electricity systems About the Role Salary of up to €25K plus annual performance bonus Property management bonus Office based in St Julian’s Opportunities for career growth Apply with your detailed CV in English. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
