Operations and Marketing Assistant - Real Estate

JobMatchingPartner is assisting an international company in their search for a Marketing & Operations Assistant . In this role, you will play a key part in supporting global property transactions by providing up-to-date market insights, coordinating property initiatives, and identifying partnership opportunities. This is a reduced-hours (35 hours) , office-based role offering a salary of up to €25K depending on experience. Role & Responsibilities Assist clients with purchasing and selling residential and/or commercial properties globally Support Client Advisors and Relationship Managers with timely and accurate information on real estate products and global partners Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, and property opportunities Support the Global Head of Real Estate with administrative, marketing, and coordination tasks Update and maintain marketing materials—such as email templates, websites, brochures, and other promotional content Carry out lead generation strategies and campaigns through CRM systems, working closely with the company's global offices Prepare, review, and coordinate contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide additional support to the Malta real estate team whenever needed Skills & Experience Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese at C2/native level, both written and spoken Previous marketing knowledge or a genuine interest in developing it Previous experience working with CRM systems Experience with online and digital marketing campaigns Skilled in creating and coordinating brochures and promotional materials to support engagement and lead generation Knowledge of the investment migration or immigration-by-investment industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organised with a keen eye for detail Proactive approach About the Role Salary up to €25K, depending on experience Office based in St Julian’s Opportunities for career growth Apply with your detailed CV. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
