At CRH Talento en IT, we are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator for a hybrid work schedule. The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform to ensure it operates reliably and meets business and IT needs. This role manages platform settings, user access, workflows, and integrations, supports system upgrades and enhancements, and ensures adherence to governance, security, and best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Platform Administration & Configuration - Manage day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, roles, and access controls to ensure stable and secure operations. Operational Support & Issue Resolution -Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow users by troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, addressing defects, and ensuring timely resolution of platform-related problems. Enhancements, Upgrades & Maintenance - Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including testing, validation, and deployment of new features while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Governance, Compliance & Best Practices - Ensure adherence to platform governance, security standards, and best practices, including documentation, audit support, and change management processes Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement -Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve workflows, and identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the ServiceNow platform. POSITION REQUIREMENTS · BS or MS in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Information Security/Assurance, Internal Audit · 3-5 + years’ experience in IT · Service Now Experience 1-2 years. · Sail Point experience a plus KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES · Strong troubleshooting, analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills · Strong written and verbal communication skills including Fluent in the English Language · Manage time and tasks based on priority. · Identify and resolve problems effectively with minimal managerial guidance. · Extremely organized and can logically plan out their day with minimal guidance. · High levels of adaptability and agility, comfortable managing quickly shifting priorities · Conflict resolution, negotiation, and persuasive skills · Excellent client relationship skills · Good interpersonal skills
