Voicebot Development: Expertise in speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and designing natural, human-like voice conversations. NLP & Machine Learning: Strong background in Natural Language Processing, intent recognition, and entity extraction. Integration Skills: Experience connecting bots to backend systems via APIs (REST, SOAP, XML). Must have strong experience integrating Amelia with tools like AWS Connect, Backend APIs, Webhooks, ITSM tools like Servicenow, Jira, Rally, Contact center technologies, ADS, SSO, LDAP, Scripting in Python, Javascript, React Js. Technical Proficiencies: Python (4+ years preferred), JSON, and familiarity with ServiceDesk or IT Ops automation. Solution Architecture: Ability to design, build, and deploy conversational solutions for customer service or internal IT. Strong experience in Voicebot development including speech-to-text and text-to-speech implementations. Solid background in NLP (Natural Language Processing), intent recognition, and entity extraction. Proven experience integrating Amelia with AWS Connect, Backend APIs, Webhooks, ServiceNow, Jira, Rally, Contact Center technologies, ADS, SSO, LDAP. Experience working with REST, SOAP, and XML-based integrations. Minimum 4+ years of Python development experience. Experience with JavaScript and React JS. Experience working with JSON and ITSM / ServiceDesk automation environments. Ability to design, build, and deploy conversational AI solutions for customer service or internal IT use cases.
