Acquisition Manager Nordics

Here is an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Manager with at least 2 years experience within iGaming B2C acquisition to pull out their wand and sparkle gold-dust with a well-established group of companies, fronting multiple iGaming brands! The ideal candidate will bring years of experience and a solid network from the iGaming industry, and with marketing partners in the Nordic Region. Forming part of the marketing team, the Acquisition Manager will report directly to the Head of Acquisition. Role & Responsibilities: Manage, grow and optimise affiliate and media buying performance Onboard new partners and identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio Grow marketshare and ROI across multiple brands and geos [DK, NO, FI, Northern Europe] Identify and recruit high-performing casino and sportsbook affiliates Negotiate and maintain CPA, hybrid, and revenue share deals. Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and optimise for FTDs and eCPA Collaborate with BI, Content, CRM, and Design Ensure compliance with contracts, brand standards, and market restrictions Provide insights and reports, ensuring accurate tracking and data Collaborate with Finance to automate / streamline commission reconciliation and payments processing Able to travel internationally to represent company as and when required Able to attend networking events in Malta Experience & Skills 4+ years years' experience in affiliate marketing and media Buing experience 2+ years within' experience withing the iGaming industry NORDICS / DACH Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in affiliate tracking software and analytics tools Strong understanding of acquisition KPIs, funnel metrics, and deal negotiation Business savvy with excellent negotiation & networking skills Highly organised and detail-oriented Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Excellent communication skills in English + at ability to communicate fluently in least one Scandinavian langage About this role €60-65K basic + KPI-driven incentives Private health & dental insurance, family included Generous wellness benefit of up to €80 per month Frequent team meals Free Parking Office in St Julian's with hybrid flexibility Company events throughout the year Company "vacation" annual international trip for the whole company!
