Job Description Our client is a corporate services provider based in Malta, offering support across compliance, corporate, and advisory functions. For the role you’ll be looking after: supporting compliance operations, assisting with regulatory processes, monitoring client activities, and contributing to the effective implementation of compliance frameworks. Location : Hybrid - Malta (2 days remote, 3 days from office after probation) Responsibilities: As an AML and Compliance Executive, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures Assist with the compliance monitoring programme Liaise with internal departments on compliance and AML matters Support statutory filings and regulatory reporting Assist with regulatory audits, inspections, and visits Support customer onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes Report to the MLRO and Compliance Officer on compliance related matters Review existing processes and suggest improvements in line with best practices Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a compliance or AML related role Good understanding of the TCSP industry and regulatory framework Experience with onboarding, monitoring, and compliance processes Strong analytical and detail oriented mindset Fluency in English Good IT skills What’s in it for you?
