Sr. Maintenance Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer who has 5 plus years of experince to support manufacturing operations by driving maintenance excellence, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintenance Engineering focuses on planning, designing, and implementing effective maintenance programs to optimize the availability, performance, and productivity of manufacturing facilities and equipment . Key Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate maintenance engineering activities across mechanical and electrical systems • Review and support engineering specifications and maintenance strategies • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime and cost efficiency • Support resolution of subcontractor-related technical and maintenance issues • Contribute to establishing standards, policies, and procedures related to maintenance, inspection, testing, and operational practices • Support initiatives related to environmental compliance and pollution control • Evaluate, research, and recommend new equipment and system investments • Manage maintenance-related projects and improvement processes with a high level of independence • Coach and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and maintenance professionals Required Profile • Senior-level experiencein maintenance engineering within manufacturing or industrial environments • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices • Proven ability to manage complex technical problems and improvement projects • Experience working independently with limited supervision • Strong collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills • Continuous improvement and cost optimization mindset
