You will be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers, helping them navigate their TV and streaming services while ensuring they get the most out of their subscriptions. Your Daily Responsibilities: Direct Support: Resolve inquiries regarding subscriptions, billing, and basic technical setups. Consultative Service: Identify ways to enhance the viewer's experience by recommending relevant service upgrades or packages. Relationship Building: Deliver friendly, professional service that makes every customer feel valued.
