Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Advisor – Medical Devices Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site) Language: Dutch (fluent) + English (B2) Employment Type: Full-time, On-site About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a specialist international team in Porto, Portugal , supporting a global leader in medical devices. In this meaningful role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers and healthcare professionals with queries related to medical devices — including diabetes care products such as glucose monitoring systems — helping people lead healthier and more independent lives. Key Responsibilities Provide first-contact resolution to Dutch-speaking customers regarding medical device products, including glucose meters and related devices Deliver specialised customer support via phone and written communication channels Assist customers with purchasing procedures, order tracking, and delivery enquiries Handle complaints and escalate complex or clinical cases to the appropriate specialist teams Ensure all interactions meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction Accurately document all customer contacts and case details in the CRM system Stay up to date with product knowledge, updates, and relevant regulatory guidelines Requirements Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written English at B2 level or above Strong communication skills with a high degree of empathy and patience Interest or background in healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences is a strong advantage Ability to handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism and discretion Detail-oriented with solid organisational and documentation skills Previous experience in customer support or a healthcare-related environment is beneficial but not required What's on Offer Competitive salary package Fully paid training and structured onboarding program Career growth opportunities within a global organisation Modern office facilities in Porto Supportive, multicultural and professional team environment Additional employee benefits and perks Eligibility Notice This position is based in Porto, Portugal (EU member state).
