German-Speaking Inbound Sales Specialist Location: Burgas, Bulgaria Language: German (fluent) + English Employment Type: Full-time, On-site About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused German-Speaking Inbound Sales Specialist to join a dynamic international team based in Burgas, on Bulgaria's beautiful Black Sea Coast. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, resolving their queries while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience through upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls related to account management, billing inquiries, service upgrades, and general support Resolve customer concerns in a professional, efficient, and empathetic manner Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities once customer needs have been addressed Consistently meet and exceed individual sales and performance targets Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout every interaction Requirements Fluent German (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written Communicative level of English Strong communication and active listening skills Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not required What's on Offer Competitive base salary + performance-based sales commissions Relocation support to Burgas Comprehensive paid training Career growth opportunities within an international company A vibrant work environment in a coastal city Eligibility Notice This position is based in Burgas, Bulgaria (EU member state).
