Master the Morning: Lead the high-stakes breakfast daypart with precision, ensuring our signature made-from-scratch products meet the highest quality and speed-of-service standards. P&L Management: Take full accountability for the store's financial health. You'll manage labor targets, food waste (COGS), and inventory to maximize the bottom line. Talent Architect: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse crew. Your success is measured by the growth and retention of your Shift Leads and Assistant Managers. Operational Excellence: Maintain a "Gold Standard" facility. You'll ensure the kitchen is spotless, the equipment is maintained, and the store is always audit-ready. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment (Breakfast and Drive-Thru experience is highly preferred).
