The Role Teach Chemistry within the Senior School Deliver engaging, well-planned and creative lessons that inspire and challenge students Maintain high expectations for student achievement and behaviour Contribute to the wider life of the school and its continued development Key Responsibilities & Expectations Teach up to 22 lessons per week within a 30-period timetable Work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare Requirements Minimum of 10 years' teaching experience Experience with international curricula (VCE, CAIE, IB, IEB or similar) A recognised teaching qualification (Teaching Degree or Degree with PGCE) Excellent subject knowledge in Chemistry Outstanding English language proficiency Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to a new environment with cultural sensitivity Desirable Experience with student management systems (iSAMS, SIMS, etc.) Google Educator Level 1 certification Previous teaching experience in Southeast Asia Additional Information Average class size: approximately 15 students A clear enhanced DBS and/or police check is required This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and committed teacher to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
