We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated grocery delivery position based in Brattleboro, VT . This is a high-paying, home-daily opportunity with consistent freight and steady miles. Position Details: Location: Brattleboro, VT (05301) Home Time: Daily Operating Area: 250-mile radius (VT, NH, MA, ME, CT, Greater Boston – No NYC) Schedule: Monday – Friday + every other Saturday Start Time: 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM Pay & Compensation: $0.53 – $0.61 CPM Average miles: ~1,600 per week Annual earnings: Up to $110,000 $50/day ($250 weekly minimum for full schedule) $22.50 per refused stop $100/day layover pay $15/hour detention pay (after 1 hour) $160/day holiday pay Job Duties: Fresh and frozen grocery deliveries 2–3 stops per trailer (15–20 stops per week) 1–2 loads per day Mix of no-touch and driver-assisted unload Pallet jack use required (training provided) Occasional pickups and backhauls Customer-facing deliveries Equipment: Automatic day cabs 48' box trailers Assigned trucks (cannot be taken home) Newer equipment (avg ~3 years old) Uniforms and steel-toe boots provided Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience Must meet DOT and safety requirements Must be comfortable with early morning start times Must be able to handle physical unloading when required Reliable personal transportation required Must be willing to work holidays as scheduled REAL ID recommended Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (after 30 days) 401(k) with company match PTO starting Day 1 Paid holidays Life and disability insurance Mental health benefits Paid parental leave Paid orientation This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent local work, strong pay, and daily home time .
