We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a high-paying lease purchase opportunity on a dedicated Family Dollar account based out of Front Royal, VA . This is a hands-on, high-earning position for drivers ready to maximize income. Position Details: Location: Front Royal, VA Job Type: Regional – Dedicated (Lease Purchase) Home Time: Weekly (34-hour reset) Orientation: Monday only Pay & Compensation: Average: $3,000 per week ($156,000/year) $1.44 per mile + fuel surcharge $275 unload pay per load $30 backhaul pay Average: ~1,500 miles/week ~3 loads per week Freight Details: Dedicated freight Multi-stop loads (up to 5 stops per load) ~2,900 pieces per trailer 100% driver unload Delivery Area: Virginia North Carolina West Virginia Pennsylvania New York Maryland New Jersey Delaware Job Duties: Deliver freight to retail store locations Hand unload all freight Complete backhauls when assigned Navigate tight delivery areas Active, physical role Equipment (Lease Purchase): 2021–2024 Freightliners Weekly truck payments: ~$450–$610 Lease terms: 60–150 weeks APU options available Training: 1-week ride-along training: $150/day Strong operational and driver support Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience Must be able to handle physical unloading Must meet DOT and safety requirements Important Notes: Driver unload required (high activity role) Backhauls required when assigned No deliveries to CA, NY, IL, NJ, CT, WA, OR, MA, MD, PA (lane restrictions apply) Benefits / Perks: Weekly home time High earning potential Consistent freight Strong support team Steady year-round work
