Job Description Support commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing and post-closing Draft, review, organize, and manage transaction documents and legal correspondence Assist with lender representation matters and loan documentation Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other deal parties Oversee timelines, deadlines, checklists, and internal tracking systems across active files Assist with title and closing-related matters and help keep transactions moving efficiently Prepare closing binders, signature packets, and post-closing documents Maintain organized client files and ensure a high level of accuracy and detail Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support in a fast-paced transactional practice Help improve systems, workflows, and internal processes as the firm grows Qualifications 4+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience Strong drafting, organization, and file management skills Ability to manage transactions from start to finish with minimal oversight Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions, closings, and document flow Strong communication skills and professional presence with clients and counterparties Ability to juggle multiple active matters and meet deadlines Comfortable working in a virtual, tech-forward environment Lender representation experience is strongly preferred Florida commercial real estate experience is preferred Florida Registered Paralegal, NALA, NFPA, or similar credential is a plus but not required Why You Will Love Working Here Fully remote opportunity with a growing, entrepreneurial law firm Strong exposure to sophisticated real estate and lending work High-accountability culture where strong performers can grow quickly Supportive, team-oriented environment without unnecessary bureaucracy Opportunity to build a long-term career with increasing responsibility Meaningful role in a firm that values responsiveness, execution, and client service JPC-817 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
