A busy and successful Veterinary Practice in Biloxi is in search of an enthusiastic and energetic Kennel Attendant to join the team. If you have the following qualifications apply today! Primary Responsibilities Ensure upkeep of the kennels and the facility throughout the day Ensure all laundry is completed throughout the day Ensure all dogs are walked multiple times throughout the day Feed and provide clean water to patients at least twice daily Maintain accurate elimination/feeding records notation Notate tasks completed in computer software or other means provided Assist Veterinary Technicians and Doctors as needed And more! What you Should Bring to the Team (Qualifications) A High School Diploma A minimum of 2 years consistent Customer Service experience Familiarity with medical and veterinary terminology desired but willing to train the right individual Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Qualifications At least one year of experience in a Veterinary setting is preferred A minimum of 2 years of experience providing top-notch customer service both in person and over the phone is strongly preferred Truly superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of the person you are communicating with Ability to restrain 50-60 lbs The ability to effectively prioritize and meet multiple requests at one time Must be tech savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly The desire to become part of a fun work family! Compensation & Benefits We are searching for a great candidate and offer competitive pay accordingly, the starting hourly range for this position is $12-14/hr and is dependent upon experience.
