Junior Sales Representative

About Our Client Our client is an international publishing company focused on creating and distributing high-quality books. They work closely with authors across the Benelux region and are experiencing strong growth, leading to an increased demand for sales professionals who can convert interest into successful publishing collaborations. Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our client's growing team. In this role, you will work with warm leads (no cold calling) , guiding authors through the publishing process and converting interest into signed deals. This is a remote position with flexibility, combined with occasional in-person meetings when needed. Key Responsibilities Manage and follow up on inbound and warm leads (authors interested in publishing) Conduct consultative sales conversations and build long-term relationships Guide clients through the publishing process and explain service offerings Close deals and achieve a target of 8–10 signed agreements per month Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Collaborate with internal teams via tools like Slack or Trello Continuously optimize your sales approach and pipeline management Requirements Fluent in Dutch (ABN) – both written and spoken Based in the Netherlands or Flanders (Benelux) Minimum 3 years of experience in sales HBO-level education or equivalent Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with digital tools (CRM systems, ChatGPT, email, etc.) Experience with Slack or Trello is a plus What We Offer Attractive commission structure (to be defined Fully remote work setup Flexible working hours (32–40 hours/week) Travel reimbursement (€0.21/km) for in-person meetings
