QA Analyst (AI & GenAI Systems) Grade: Consultant Location: Al Khobar, KSA Work Model: Hybrid The Opportunity Testing AI isn't like testing traditional software. We are looking for a precision-driven QA Analyst to join our team in Al Khobar. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our Generative AI-driven applications are reliable, scalable, and secure. You won't just be checking buttons; you'll be validating AI model outputs, testing complex data pipelines, and ensuring that our next-gen solutions meet the highest standards of excellence before they reach the world's leading organizations. Your Role As a QA Consultant, you will execute a blend of functional and non-functional testing across AI models, APIs, and UIs. Your focus will include: AI & Data Validation: Validating input datasets for training and fine-tuning, ensuring data integrity across preprocessing workflows, and testing models against edge cases and adversarial inputs. Automation & API Testing: Implementing automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework and conducting deep API validation with Postman or SoapUI. Functional Excellence: Executing E2E and integration testing to validate AI-driven actions, user journeys, and business logic. Performance & Security: Supporting load and stress testing (JMeter) to ensure scalability. You will also help identify vulnerabilities in data handling and API endpoints. Continuous Deployment: Automating regression suites for frequent deployments and monitoring production model performance to drive quality improvements. Your Skills and Experience We need a QA professional who understands the intersection of software testing and machine learning. Technical Requirements: Experience: 3–5 years in Quality Assurance with a heavy focus on functional and integration testing. Python Proficiency: Working experience with Python is a must. Automation Toolkit: Expert use of Robot Framework, Selenium, or Cypress. API Testing: Hands-on experience with Postman or SoapUI. AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI model validation techniques and data integrity. Tools: Familiarity with performance tools like JMeter and an understanding of CI/CD pipeline integration. Bonus Points For: Experience in LLM Evaluation (evaluating model accuracy, hallucination rates, etc.). Background in security testing and vulnerability assessment. Why Join Us?
