Chef de Partie (Part-Time 20/30hrs/week) Vivat Bacchus | London At Vivat Bacchus , we celebrate heritage South African flavours using the best of British seasonal produce . As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team on a part-time basis with flexible working hours . The Role As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and pace of our kitchen service. You’ll work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver vibrant dishes inspired by South African culinary traditions. Responsibilities Running and managing a section during service Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard Supporting the wider kitchen team in a fast-paced service environment Ensuring food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained Contributing ideas and enthusiasm to a creative, growing kitchen About You Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional kitchen Passion for food and quality ingredients Interest in South African flavours, heritage cooking, and global food culture A positive team player with a strong work ethic What We Offer Part-time role with flexible working hours Opportunity to grow with a well-established and expanding restaurant group Career development and progression opportunities A supportive, collaborative kitchen environment If you’re excited by bold flavours, seasonal cooking, and being part of a growing restaurant concept, we’d love to hear from you.
