Field Operations Senior Field Technician — PRV & PSV Maintenance OnsiteTemp-to-Perm5+ Years ExperienceImmediate StartRef: MGE-JD-002-2026 Macdillions Global Energy is growing its permanent onsite maintenance team and seeking a hands-on Senior Field Technician with strong PRV and PSV experience. Working directly alongside our Lead Engineer, you will be a core part of a dedicated team delivering valve integrity services on a live gas facility — with a clear pathway to permanent employment. About the role This is a practical, field-based role for someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and isn't satisfied with "good enough." You'll execute the full range of PRV/PSV maintenance activities, complete all documentation accurately on the same day, and contribute to a safety culture where every team member looks out for one another. What you'll be doing Perform full PRV and PSV maintenance — disassembly, internal inspection, cleaning, precision lapping, seal replacement, and reassembly to OEM torque specifications Assist with set pressure bench testing and API 527 seat leakage tests — recording results and operating test bench equipment Apply tamper seals, complete service nameplates, reinstall valves, and carry out post-installation leak checks Complete Maintenance Report Sheets and Checklists accurately at every job event — same day, no exceptions Actively participate in Toolbox Meetings and JSA reviews — raise concerns before the job starts Maintain PPE compliance at all times and exercise Stop Work Authority if any unsafe condition is identified Provide on-the-job guidance and mentoring to junior technicians as the team grows What we're looking for HND/OND in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or equivalent — or equivalent field experience Minimum 5 years in PRV/PSV or pressure equipment maintenance — LNG or cryogenic experience strongly preferred Hands-on disassembly, inspection, lapping, and reassembly of spring-loaded and pilot-operated PRVs/PSVs Working knowledge of API 526 and API 527 — willingness to develop deeper standards knowledge on the job Meticulous attention to detail, pride in quality of work, and a genuine safety-first mindset Certifications NEBOSH IGC — Required (or working toward)API 510 — company will supportAPI 526API 527 What we offer Competitive remuneration benchmarked to LNG industry rates Clear, structured Temp-to-Perm pathway — permanent employment for candidates who demonstrate commitment and capability Stable, named programme role — not rotated between sites Send your CV / Résumé to jobs@macdillionsge.com macdillionsge.com/jobs/ Please quote: Senior Field Technician — Ref MGE-JD-002-2026Apply now
