Sales Representative Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support and grow business across Southern Florida. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and excels at building strong client relationships. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a robust sales pipeline, and maintaining long-term partnerships with existing clients. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to outreach, strong market awareness, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales and profit targets (monthly, quarterly, annual) Develop and execute strategies to drive new business growth Conduct outreach through cold calls, site visits, sales tours, and networking Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and prospects Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and key accounts Identify opportunities through market and competitor insights Partner with internal teams to support deal progression and customer satisfaction Maintain organized records and ensure consistent follow-up Requirements 5+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred) Proven ability to independently generate and close new business Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targets Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license required Spanish fluency is a plus Territory Southern Florida (must reside within the assigned region)
