Your Role As a GenAI Specialist, you will be instrumental in integrating LLMs and implementing data strategies that drive business growth. Your focus will include: Advanced AI Engineering: Building MCP models, context protocols, and agentic AI while maintaining robust microservices. Financial Intelligence: Deploying ML models to detect and prevent financial crimes, significantly reducing fraud losses and improving compliance. Generative Innovation: Implementing GenAI solutions to create synthetic data, enhancing model accuracy across diverse use cases. Scale & Efficiency: Rolling out scalable ML systems capable of processing millions of daily transactions and utilizing A/B testing to boost operational efficiency. Production Standards: Writing production-grade, PEP8-compliant Python code with a strict focus on scalability and maintainability. Strategic Collaboration: Translating complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership. Your Skills and Experience To excel in this role, you should bring a proven track record in GenAI technologies and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Technical Requirements: LLM Mastery: Expertise in RAG, Agents, Graph RAG, RAFT, and Fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA). Model Proficiency: Experience with both Open Source (Llama, Mistral) and Closed Source (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) models. Core Engineering: Advanced Python skills, specifically within NLP and GenAI frameworks. Deep Learning: Strong experience with GANs, VAEs, and Transformers. NLP Expertise: Proficiency in intent recognition, entity extraction, text summarization, and topic modeling.
