Welding Engineer (Manufacturing) | ISO 9000 | Stainless Steel | SolidWorks Job Summary: We are seeking a Welding Engineer to develop welding procedures, improve fabrication processes, and support production in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on welding process development, quality compliance, and continuous improvement , working with complex alloys and critical weldments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement welding procedures (WPS/PQR) and fabrication standards Improve welding processes, equipment, and production efficiency Design welding fixtures and support product assembly Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 and welding codes/standards Perform weld inspections and support welder certification (Level II Visual Inspection) Collaborate with the supply chain on welding consumables and outsourced parts Evaluate new welding technologies and process improvements Support hands-on welding, fabrication, and assembly as needed Qualifications: BS in Welding Engineering or Materials Engineering OR 10+ years of welding experience Level II Visual Weld Inspector certification (required) Experience with stainless steel welding and fabrication Strong knowledge of welding processes, metallurgy, and quality systems (ISO 9000) Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in manufacturing or production environments Why Join Us: Hands-on engineering role with high impact on production and quality Opportunity to work with advanced welding processes and complex materials Growth potential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
