Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Manager to lead a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production through strong technical leadership. It is well-suited for an experienced supervisor or a high-performing lead technician ready to step into a leadership role. Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | Relocation Assistance: Limited Requirements: Ensure compliance with all safety and GMP requirements. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians. Support production by responding quickly to equipment failures. Partner with production leadership to meet operational goals. Drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives. Ensure completion of preventative and predictive maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate work orders, logs, and maintenance documentation. Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues and drive downtime reduction. Assist with parts inventory, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance. Prioritize and schedule daily maintenance activities based on production needs. Qualifications/Must-Haves: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with preventative/predictive maintenance practices. 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, etc.) Preferred Skills: Experience in food production, beverage, or other GMP-regulated environments. Basic PLC/HMI troubleshooting (diagnostics, ladder logic familiarity, fault isolation) Leadership or lead technician experience (scheduling, coaching, training, or supervising technicians) Experience with CMMS systems (creating/closing work orders, scheduling PMs, tracking parts) Multi-trade experience (electrical, HVAC, compressors, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics) Work Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing setting. Requires hands-on troubleshooting and equipment work. May involve exposure to wet, cold, hot, or sanitation-cycle environments typical of food production.
